## What Mesenta does
- Biometrics: independent QC of SDTM, ADaM and TLF outputs; Pinnacle 21 and CDISC CORE triage
- Regulatory: consistency checks across submission documents; draft responses to information requests
- Clinical operations, quality and manufacturing, research and business operations workflows

## How it acts
- Runs as the requesting person, with their permissions; holds no credentials of its own
- Writes to systems of record only after a named person approves
- Records every action in a hash-chained audit ledger

## What Mesenta is not
- Not a system of record
- Does not apply electronic signatures; signatures stay in your validated systems
- Publishes no accuracy figure until its benchmark method is published

## Status
- SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and HIPAA certifications in progress
- Hosted where the customer needs: the EU, the US or another region
